If you are not satisfied with any product purchased directly from OCR Fly Reels via our website within the first 30 days after receiving your product, contact us at support@ocrflyreels.com No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original receipt date. You may return any item purchased from ocrflyreels.com for up to 30 days after the date of receipt for a full refund (minus return shipping) . This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from OCR and, as such, OCR does not accept returns for any item purchased outside of ocrflyreels.com. All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Any original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.Your card will be credited upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.If you want to exchange an item, please return your item(s) for a full refund (minus return shipping) and place a new order for the correct item. For any other questions or concerns, please email us at support@ocrflyreels.comYou may cancel your order for a full refund, minus 3% processing fee, any time prior to shipment. However, once an order ships you will have to follow the returns process if you want to return an item.
